This yeast will convert a very high percentage of the sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide, leaving a beer with more alcohol and producing a crisper drier flavour.
All sachets are foil lined and are nitrogen gas flushed before filling, ensuring the highest quality of yeast upon opening.
There are over 50 billion viable yeast cells in each sachet.
The ideal fermentation temperature is 15-20C (59-68F)
